We are aware that the Corona Virus has understandably raised anxiety levels in most Americans. In this time of uncertainty, we want you to know that we have examined our practices, including seeking external guidance, to ensure that we are doing everything possible to continue providing excellent service as safely as possible. But we need your help. Here’s what you should know:
• Since Ron the Sewer Rat plays (works, hangs out) in sewer systems all day, we have always insisted on doing all we can to keep us - and our customers - safe. Our technicians wear gloves, set up tarps and disinfect everything when the job is complete. And although we believe you will be satisfied with the way we leave the site, we recommend that you also disinfect after we leave, as an extra precaution.
• We are practicing social distancing and are no longer shaking hands with our customers.
• We are monitoring the CDC and the State of Minnesota recommendations regarding COVID-19 and are making adjustments as needed.
• In an effort to limit the spread of any illness, our technicians have been directed not to come to work if they are sick. Likewise, if you are sick or have been in recent contact with someone else who has been sick, we ask that you postpone or reschedule your appointment unless it’s an absolute emergency, in which case please let us know so we can have our technician wear a bio mask.
We value your business and appreciate you as a customer. Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
