RON the SEWER RAT SERVICES & RATES
Ron the Sewer Rat is proud of our competitive pricing. We think you'll appreciate having our fees disclosed to you completely before having us perform work for you. While no two sewers or drains are alike, it is almost impossible to quote a price that is fair to the consumer and the operator until the job is finished. Unlike some companies, "We are experienced" and do not charge for inexperience. It is often said about this business, "The less you know the more money you make". When we run into a problem, it is a problem, and we work hard to resolve it and expect to be fairly compensated. For normal sewers we use 6" knives as Minneapolis - St.Paul some suburbs are 6" from the foundation to the street, and some suburbs are 6" from the curb to the street.

Charge is still made, and additional charge may occur if we need to come out after repair is made. GUARANTEE: We guarantee the work that we have done for you for 90 days, unless we have noted that there is a problem with the line. Please understand that roots can drop off after we have gone. As waste scraped loose may lay in the pipe and additional flushing is needed. Also roots can grow big enough, especially in a dry year, to plug the sewer within a year. Or enough debris may accumulate in a level line to clog it. VIDEO INSPECTIONS: We only inspect when we feel it is warranted. A sewer can only be inspected when it is free of water. $150 when called upon for inspection or $100 when done in conjunction with a job we are working on.HIGH PRESSURE JETTING: With gas powered machine $200/first hour - $90/per additional hour.HIGH PRESSURE JETTING: With electric powered machine $150/first hour - $90/per additional hour.PUMPING With gas powered trash pump - $150/first hour - $90/per additional hour.DRAIN LINES $95 for 2" drain lines & smaller lines - Kitchen Sinks - Laundry Line - Lavatory Sinks - Bath Tubs* Floor Drains, etc. *Some bath tubs may be equipped with drum traps and could be more - we recommend they be replaced where accessible. $85 for toilets - some with very easy blockage $75 There are many objects capable of lodging in a toilet that we are not able to remove - sometimes it is necessary to contract a plumber to remove toilet to try to get object out or install a new toilet. NOTE: Many drains require complimentary plumbing to get them working without leaking and an additional charge may be incurred, or it is necessary to call in a plumber.
