I have used Ron the Sewer Rat since I was a new bride in my first Bloomington home in 1978. Ron came over and took care of my sewer back up, then wasn't able to leave when my street was blocked off for the Lincoln Del's 10K run and the 5,000 runners running down my block. He got to know all my neighbors as we watched and watered the runners..and that was the best time I've had with a sewer guy.

As I moved to West Bloomington and then Edina, I always called Ron and have also been pleased with his son. Lee's work. In my opinion, Ron and Lee, are a dying breed. A family owned business that remembers you, is responsive to your needs and becomes a friend after. Too often trade businesses come in and out with little communication or repoire, indifference, and and you feel "taken" by a high bill.

Ron the Sewer Rat has never been like that for more than 30 years. I highly recommend them. They are honest, trustworthy and prompt--and who can forget the name once you've heard it?
